How well do they actually know you?
Answer twelve questions about yourself. You get one link. Post it wherever you like — a group chat, a status, a story — and everyone who opens it guesses what you said.
They find out how many they got right. You get a leaderboard of who read you best. Most people are surprised by who wins.
How it works
- Answer twelve questions about yourself. They are preferences and habits, not secrets — the kind of thing someone who knows you well could get right.
- Get one link. No account, no email, nothing to install. The link is yours to post wherever you like.
- Everyone who opens it guesses. They answer the same twelve questions as you, and find out how many they got right.
- See who actually knows you. Every play lands on a leaderboard, so you can see who read you best — and who was guessing.
What a player can and cannot see
Someone playing your deck is told whether each guess was right or wrong, and what they scored overall. That is the whole of it. They are never shown what you actually answered, and there is no screen anywhere that lists your answers back to them.
The questions are drawn from the same bank the quizzes use, but only from the shallow end of it — preferences, habits and priorities. Nothing that belongs in a private conversation goes into something you are about to post publicly.
Questions people ask
- Do people need an account to play?
- No. Anyone who opens the link can play immediately. There is no sign-up, no email, and no app to install — for them or for you.
- Can people see my answers?
- No. Someone who plays is told whether each guess was right or wrong and nothing else. They are never shown what you actually said to a question they did not guess correctly.
- How long does the link last?
- Ninety days, the same as everything else here. After that the deck and its leaderboard are deleted for good, and the link stops working.
- Is it really free?
- Yes, and it stays free. There is no paid version of this, no limit on how many people can play, and nothing is held back behind a purchase.
- How is this different from the couples quiz?
- This is one person answering and everyone else guessing. The quiz is two people answering the same questions separately, on their own phones, and seeing where they actually agree once you have both finished.
If you would rather both answer — separately, on your own phones, and see only where you actually agree once you have both finished — that is the quiz.
