Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

PairReveal is operated by Fahim Al Jadid (“we”, “us”).

Purchases are sold by Paddle.com as merchant of record. They are the seller for your transaction, they handle payment and tax, and their buyer terms apply to the sale alongside these terms.

2. What we provide

Access to an online relationship questionnaire and a report comparing two people’s answers. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract.

4. This is not advice

The service is for reflection and conversation only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic or other professional advice, not a diagnostic instrument, and not a prediction about any relationship. Scores describe how two sets of answers compare — nothing more. Do not rely on it to make decisions you would otherwise take professional advice on.

5. Your account, or lack of one

There are no accounts. Your quiz is identified by its link. Anyone holding that link can see that quiz, so treat it as confidential. We cannot recover a lost link beyond the recovery code shown to you, and we cannot verify who you are by any other means.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to harass, coerce or deceive another person, not to submit another person’s answers without their knowledge, and not to attempt to access a quiz that is not yours. Full terms: acceptable use.

7. Payment, delivery and cancellation

• Prices are shown before purchase on our pricing page and again at checkout.
• The report is digital and delivered immediately on payment. Because delivery begins at once, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that this ends your statutory right of withdrawal. Refunds are still available under our refund policy.
• Where a purchase renews, the renewal period and price are shown before you pay, and you can cancel at any time from your results page without contacting us.

8. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and material changes will be notified on the site. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
