FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Will my partner see what I said no to?

No. Not now, not by paying, not ever. If either of you says no to something, it does not appear in the report at all — and the report never tells either of you how many things were withheld, because that number would let you work out which ones they were.

Can I change the privacy setting later?

No, and that is deliberate. You choose before the first question whether to share everything or only your matches, and it locks the moment answering starts. If it could be changed afterwards, one of you could see where the other stands and then reveal more — which is exactly the fear that stops people answering honestly.

Could my partner just lie?

Of course. Nothing here can stop that, and we would not claim otherwise. What it can do is remove the reason to lie: neither of you finds out what the other said until you have both finished, so there is nothing to react to.

What if my partner never finishes?

You will not see a comparison, because there is nothing to compare. After a couple of days we offer you a reading of your own answers instead, so the time you spent is not wasted. If they finish later, the comparison unlocks then at no extra cost.

Do I need an account?

No. Your quiz is identified by its link, which is why the link matters — keep it. We do not ask for your email address to play, and we do not need it.

Is it free?

Playing is free, in full. Your score, the category breakdown and a sample of your shared answers are free. Paying shows the remaining shared answers. See pricing.

Who charges my card?

Paddle.com is the merchant of record and processes the payment, so that is the name that appears on your statement. They also handle any VAT or sales tax due where you live.

Can I get a refund?

We do not give change-of-mind refunds, because the report is delivered instantly and cannot be returned. The protection sits earlier instead: the entire quiz is free, and you see your real score before a payment page ever appears.

Your rights under your own country’s law are untouched by that and always come first. In the EU, EEA and UK you have 14 days to withdraw unless you tick the box at checkout asking for immediate access — optional, never pre-ticked. In Australia the consumer guarantees apply and cannot be excluded. And everywhere, we refund a double charge, a payment that never delivered, or a report that is faulty or not as described. See refunds.

What happens to my answers?

Three things, and you control the last one:

  • They are stored encrypted and are not sold, shared or used for advertising.
  • They are deleted on a schedule.
  • You can ask us to delete them immediately at any point.

See security and data.

Is this therapy?

No. It is for reflection and conversation. It is not medical or psychological advice, not a diagnosis, and not a prediction about your relationship.
